it's a book! really a baby bible. you need to read it with mike before the baby comes...if you follow it strictly, you should have a very happy baby! i loved it. sometimes it's hard (if you have to let them cry) but you just have to remember they become happier in the long run. bowen started sleeping through the night at five weeks old (which was kinda hard on my milk supply...but i could adjust!)and was a great eater too!! they're more likely to be ok with the occasional dent in their routine too, like on blessing day..or when you're out of town! i'll get it for you!
I am dying! Cant wait to hear!
